Jeffrey can’t be recommended highly enough. He responded to my call immediately, and quickly got the needed replacement part. Extremely personable and professional, he fixed our fridge in no time at all, and provided excellent advice on how to extend the life of the other appliances in our home. Although my washer wasn’t able to be saved. Jeff was super informative and honest about what to do next. The cost to fix what was going on would be high and it made more sense to get a new one. Also appreciated him coming to Waimea, when so many don’t service over here. Absolutely recommend if you need appliances repaired.

Jeff was so helpful and professional and could not recommend more! I’m a Realtor helping my clients purchase a home and when we got the home inspection back that the Kenmore/LG refrigerator wasn’t working, he came to help investigate the issue within hours of me calling. He knew right away it was a compressor issue and it should be covered by warranty but he could help with installation. Jeff is the guy to call when you need appliance repairs done right!

Jeff was fantastic. He not only came and repaired my Microwave and refrigerator, but also my dryer and my neighbors dryer. Both of the dryers went out this past week and since he was here I asked him if he could check them out. Not a problem he said. Got the jobs done in a short amount of time and he also came on a Saturday (because of a mixup on his schedule) which is outside his normal business hours. Just had an amazing call with Jeffrey. Before the call, I'd braced myself for a heavy sales pitch, because all I really wanted was advice. Jeffrey picked up and immediately relieved any worry I had. He helped me diagnose the issue, and advised me on best way to get a replacement part and even texted me his number so I could send photos or ask questions if I got stuck working my way through installing the replacement part. Jeffrey is the best. Had icemaker trouble but had a short window to work with (4days)before we had to leave the island. I called Jeffrey and he was able to ordered a new Icemaker, receive it and get it installed before we had to leave. He came earlier than normal hours and had the new icemaker installed in no time.I certainly will call him in the future for any appliance repairs needed
Jeffrey's service was INCRDIBLE!!! He showed up early, and within less than 30 minutes had solved the problem of water leaking underneath my refrigerator. Where do I start , well my parents washing machine went out of commission and right away I google appliance repair near me. And affordable appliance maintenance repair came up on top of the list from all repair businesses. So I called the number and Jeffrey answered within 2 rings, I told him the situation of the washer and he ask me couple questions about the machine of which I did not know. All I know is that it just stop working. He mentioned that the reason why he ask the questions was, he was trying to save me a couple bucks and he wanted to see if I could fix it over the phone with him telling what to do with it. Which was by the way is I think very professional and easy cool for him to do that. Needless to say I was not able to fix it. So he scheduled me for the next day because he was already booked. Next day came my appointment was at 12 and he showed up on time and ready. Met him very cool guy and easy to talk to and very professional and most of all very knowledgeable on his profession. He mentioned he had been doing this for over 20 years. So he went to work and diagnosed the machine took him about 5 minutes and he told me straight up, if he was to repair the machine it would almost cost as much as a new one, he was not beating around the bush. Very straight up kind of guy. He found 3 things wrong with the machine that’s why it would cost as much as a new one and the machine is old too. So I just decided that I would buy a new one it’s time for new machine. I would definitely highly recommend Jeffrey Watts for all maintenance and repair on appliances. He didn’t waste my time, and with over 20 years of experience that’s a plus. Once Again I would like to thank him for his hard work and dedication. Mahalo and aloha Jeffrey🤙🏼
Jeffrey came out to fix my washer, knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed quickly. He gave me a 2 hour window of arrival, but text me that he could arrive even sooner if I liked. I don’t think that’s ever happened in my life. He was kind and professional.

Excellent service in Kona. I am Kamaaina and taking the time to write a review because I'm so impressed. Jeffrey saved me 3 days before Christmas washer decided to stop working, I called him at 4pm and he came the next morning, all the way to Honaunau! He performed a full diagnostic test, is knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Reasonable rates. Got us running. I had never used his services before but he treated me like a long time customer. Called about a broken LG dishwasher; Jeff was on time, professional, and diagnosed the issue in about 30 minutes. We had to order a replacement part from Oahu so it took a few days, but the price was reasonable and my dishwasher now works like it did when it was brand new. Overall, very positive experience!

I called Chris at 3pm and before 4pm he was at my gate. Needless to say I was in shock. Anyone who lives on the Big Island knows the average service call is weeks out. He promptly assessed my thermostat responses and concluded it was a blown fuse in my AC unit. What I had been working on for days he resolved in minutes. He suggested I replace my dirty filters and gave me the exact item number to ask for as well as where to shop for the best price. I asked Chris a lot questions and any answer he didn't know he pulled out his phone and looked it up.Chris is so much better than Siri! His service call was like having my own personal assistant who did my shopping. I can't say enough good things about this company. Everyone here on the Island is busy and Chris (the Owner) fit us in and worked hard to get our difficult replacement A/C system installed. We got another quote before we called Chris and knew we were being taken advantage of. I will not tell you the price difference but it was HUGE. Let me say that we sent these guys to dinner and drinks on us after they left our place at 9:30 pm on a Friday night.They stuck to their price and did a professional job.
